Information we collect
When you join the Northline launch list, we collect the email address you provide. We may also collect basic website usage and performance information through our hosting and analytics providers.
How we use information
We use your email address to send launch information, product updates, crowdfunding news and occasional Northline marketing. We also use website measurement data to understand site performance and the effectiveness of our marketing.
Email service
Northline uses Brevo to manage our mailing list and deliver email. Information you submit through our signup form is transmitted to Brevo for those purposes. Every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics product does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics.
Advertising measurement
Northline may use advertising measurement technologies from platforms such as Reddit and Meta. When enabled, these technologies can help us measure whether an advertisement led to actions such as visiting the site, viewing product information, joining the launch list or following a link to a crowdfunding campaign. Where consent is required, optional advertising tracking will not be enabled until the visitor has made the applicable choice.
Cookies and preferences
Our site may use technologies necessary to operate the site and remember privacy preferences. Optional advertising technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers when enabled. Visitors can change their Northline advertising-tracking preference using the Privacy Choices link in the site footer.
Sharing
We do not sell your email address. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Northline services, communicate with subscribers, host the website, measure performance or run advertising campaigns.
Data retention and choices
We retain mailing-list information while you remain subscribed or as reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can unsubscribe using the link in a Northline email. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your email address, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy as Northline, our website and our service providers evolve. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through Northline's published business contact channel. We will add a dedicated privacy email address here before the public launch if one is established.
