About this site
This website provides information about Northline, the Northline Core and our planned crowdfunding launch. Unless expressly stated otherwise, content on this pre-launch site is informational and does not constitute an offer or completed sale.
Product development
Northline products shown before production are under development. Product appearance, materials, specifications, colors, sizing, pricing, protective configuration, packaging and availability may change before final production. Final campaign and product information will control over earlier pre-launch descriptions.
Protective apparel
Motorcycling involves inherent risk. No garment can prevent all injuries. Northline will identify final product materials, included or optional protective components, and any applicable testing or certification claims when those details have been validated. Pre-launch descriptions should not be interpreted as certification claims unless explicitly identified as such.
Crowdfunding
Any future crowdfunding campaign will be governed by the terms of the crowdfunding platform and the specific disclosures on the campaign page. Joining the Northline mailing list does not reserve a product, guarantee access to a limited reward tier or create an obligation to pledge.
Intellectual property
Northline names, logos, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, text and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Northline and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use services operated by third parties, including email, analytics, advertising and crowdfunding providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Site availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue portions of this website, update product information or correct errors without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Northline develops. The revision date above identifies the current version.
